This contempt application has been filed by the applicant alleging non compliance of judgment and order dated 19th February, 2014 passed in OP (KAT) No.34 of 2014. The contempt application was filed referring to an order dated 28.10.2014 passed by the State Government. The case of the applicant is that the order passed by the State Government is not in accord with the directions issued by the Court.

The learned Government Pleader submitted that Annexure A3, the order dated 28.10.2014, has already been withdrawn to the extent of directing consideration and disposal of the statutory appeal by the Director of Public Instructions.
