JUDGMENT
This Contempt Case arise out from the interim order dated 17.12.2014 in W.P.(C) No.34166/2014. This Court by interim order, ordered that respondents 1 to 3 in the writ petition to ensure the 6th respondent College therein is having recognition for allotment of recognition of B. Ed Course for the purpose of allotting students to the B.Ed Programme. It appears that the 6th respondent College has no approval. There was an initial allotment of the students to the College. However, based on the interim direction, the allotment has been cancelled and the students have been ordered to be reallotted to some other Colleges having recognition. This is so stated in the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent. In view of the above, recording compliance of the direction in the interim order, the Contempt Case is closed.
