JUDGMENT

It is submitted by counsel for the respondent that the directions in the judgment dated 11.03.2011 in Writ Petition No.2849 of 2011 have been complied with, through the passing of an order dated 30.07.2015. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, taking note of the fact that the respondent has since passed an order dated 30.07.2015 and disbursed an amount of Rs.1,84,601/- to the petitioner, the Contempt of Court case is closed.
