J U D G M E N T
Respondent filed an affidavit stating that on the basis of the recommendations of the Vigilance Department actions have been taken for recovery of the amount to the tune of 38,000/- as towards the cost of old cubicle from ₹ Brigadier Subrahmanyam, Deputy Director General, NCC; Smt.Lekha, Administrative Officer and Smt.Shani, Administrative Assistant and also prayed for condone the delay of 230 days in complying with the condition. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that, they have not taken any criminal action for misappropriation as such. However, it is for the Government to decide what is the nature of action to be taken on the basis of vigilance report submitted and so the affidavit of the respondent is recorded and no further action is required in this regard for
C.O.C.No.121 of 2015 taking action for contempt. So the petition is closed, but however the liberty of the petitioner to move the appropriate forum, if he is not satisfied with the action taken in accordance with law is reserved.
