J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed this contempt case alleging that the judgment of this Court dated 23.06.2014 in WP(C) No.16628/2012 has not been complied with. 2.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, referring to the counter affidavit filed, submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and orders have been passed.

Though the petitioner alleges that the order is not favourable to him, the only option available to him is to challenge the order now passed.
Therefore, the contempt case is closed with the aforesaid observation.
