J U D G M E N T

The learned Government Pleader submits that, the direction given by this Court as per Annexure 1, judgment has already been complied with and that an order has been passed on 25.02.2015. The learned Government Pleader also explains the circumstances under which a short delay has been resulted and expresses sincere regrets in the same, seeking to have the same condoned. After hearing both the sides, this Court finds that no further steps are necessary in the Contempt of Court Case. The matter stands disposed of, without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to challenge the order, if the same is detrimental to the rights and interests of the petitioner.
