J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in compliance of the directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 13.10.2014 passed in OP(KAT) No.308 of 2014, an order has already been passed on 28.2.2015 considering the representation.

This Contempt petition has been filed for taking contempt proceedings for the non-compliance of the direction issued by this Court in the judgment dated 13.10.2014. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent that an order has already been passed in compliance of the direction issued by this Court, this Contempt case is closed.
