ASHOK BHUSHAN, CJ & A.M.SHAFFIQUE, J ---------------------------------------------- Cont.Case(C).No. 68 of 2010 ---------------------------------------------- Dated this the 3rd July, 2015
JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, CJ.
This Contempt Case has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment in W.P(C).No.33307 of 2007 dated 13.11.2007, by which judgment the learned Single Judge disposed of the Writ Petition directing the second respondent to take up for consideration Exhibit P3 application made by the petitioner. The contempt case was referred by order dated 15.3.2010.
2. When the case was taken up for hearing today, the Special Government Pleader has made available before this Court a copy of order dated 6.3.2010, which is a proceedings of the Tahsildar in compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge. The order for effecting mutation has already been passed.
Cont.Case(C).68/10 We think that in view of the above, it is clear that even before the contempt application was referred by order dated 15.3.2010, the judgment stood complied with. We do not see any reason to proceed with the contempt proceedings any further. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
