JUDGMENT
In an affidavit filed by the 1st respondent on today, it is stated that a proceedings was already issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests on 6.4.2015 ordering restoration of possession with respect to the property covered under the judgment in O.A.No.80/1998. It is also mentioned that a further proceedings was issued by the 1st respondent on 7.4.2015 to the effect of restoring the property in question. It is also stated in the affidavit that a Mahazar was prepared with respect to restoration of the property and the physical possession was already handed over to the petitioner. 2.
Under the above mentioned circumstances it is evident that the directions contained in Annexure-A judgment stands complied with. Since compliance of the
Cont.Case (C) No.367 OF 2015 2 directions is reported, this court do not find it necessary to proceed further in this Contempt of Court case. Accordingly this contempt of Court Case is hereby closed.
