J U D G M E N T

On 24th November, 2014, this Court disposed of W.P.(C) No.29326/14 with the following directions: " In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent Corporation, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the third respondent to consider Exhibit P8 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment."

With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of."

2. Complaining of non-compliance with the above direction by the respondents, the petitioner has moved the present contempt petition.

3. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the judgment has been implemented.
