This contempt case has been filed alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 16.12.2013 in R.P.No.775 of 2013 in W.A.No.1476 of 2007. In the review petition, this Court observed that if the petitioner had paid the entire amount due to the bank, the bank will certify that he is not a defaulter. It is stated that there was no communication from the bank regarding the same.

2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank on instructions would submit that a communication stating that the petitioner is not a defaulter had already been communicated as per letter dated 29.4.2014. A copy of the said letter has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, we do not find any case of contempt. Accordingly, this contempt case is closed.
