J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. This contempt application has been filed by the applicant praying for initiating contempt proceedings for violation of the judgment dated 4th of November, 2014 in OP(RC) No.139/2014. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court passed an order directing Ext.P1 Execution Petition and Ext.P3 claim petition to be disposed of expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. On an earlier occasion, we called for a report from the court concerned. Report has already been submitted by the Principal Munsiff/Rent Control Court dated 17th of June, 2015.

We have perused the report. The report gives details of the steps taken on different dates. Report also states that although the order was submitted before the Court on

COC No.449/15 -:2:- 17/11/2014, it was not brought into the notice of the court. It was further stated that the matter will be decided on an early date. 18th June, 2015 was also fixed for delivering some orders. We are satisfied from the report of the court that no contempt has been committed so as to initiate any proceedings.

Contempt petition is closed.
