JUDGMENT

According to the counsel for the respondent, the respondent in this contempt case has directed the petitioner to pay the requisite fee for the grant of a building permit and to produce the land tax receipt in respect of his property. According to the learned counsel for the respondent the permit would be issued as soon as the said documents produced by the petitioner are considered by the authority.
