JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the plan submitted by the petitioner was defective and that the proceedings were not legible as well. In the said circumstances notice bearing No. A3-2447/15 dated 28.02.2015 was served to the petitioner asking to cure the defect, which is still to be done.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not obtained such a notice till date. The learned counsel for the respondent handed over a copy of the said notice to the petitioner.

In the said circumstances, it is for the petitioner to proceed with further steps in compliance with the notice and remaining part of the direction shall be complied with by the respondent within one month from the date of curing the defect as mentioned in the notice.
