Ashok Bhushan, CJ This contempt case has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 09/04/2015 passed by this Court in W.P.C.No.11862/2015. The writ petition was filed seeking police protection.
2.
We have noted in the first paragraph of the judgment that since the allegations in the writ petition discloses a family dispute, police cannot interfere in the said dispute. However, in the concluding paragraph, we observed that the 3rd respondent should keep constant vigil on the activities of both petitioner as well as respondents 4 and 5. On the allegation made in the contempt petition, we do not think that any contempt is made out so as to entertain this contempt case.
This contempt case is closed.
