~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cont. Case No. 796 of 2015 against W.P.(C) No. 30055 of 2014 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dated, this the 5th day of August, 2015
JUDGMENT
The learned standing counsel for the respondent Board submits that the direction given by this Court as per Annexure A judgment dated 04.02.2015 in W.P.(C) No. 30055 of 2015 has been complied with by passing an order on 28.06.2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an order has been passed, it is not in full compliance with the direction given by this Court.
3. This Court finds that the direction contained in the judgment was only to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P1. If the order is detrimental to the rights and interest of the petitioner, it is open for him to challenge the same by way of appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner in this regard, the contempt matter stands closed.
