JUDGMENT

Lapses on the part of the concerned respondent in giving effect to Annexure 'A' judgment dated 04.03.2015 in W.P.(C) No. 24608 of 2013 made the petitioner to approach this Court by filing the contempt of court proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the contempt matter, things have moved in positive direction and the measurement has been completed by the respondent. It is stated that the petitioner has been let known that the proceedings will be finalized within one month.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court does not find it necessary to proceed with the matter. The contempt matter stands closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to move this Court for reopening the matter, if the direction is not fully complied with by the respondent, within a reasonable time.
