JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J.

The petitioners have approached this Court alleging contempt, complaining violation of the interim order dated 21.4.2015 in OP(KAT).No.120 of 2015.

2. Having heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and having perused the records, we do not find that any willful contempt has been committed by the respondents. If the petitioners seek to get any clarification with reference to the subsequent order passed by the Government contrary to the directions issued in the orders passed by the Administrative Tribunal, which is now pending before the Division Bench, it is always open for the petitioners to approach the Division Bench where the matter is pending and seek necessary clarification.

Cont.Case(C).850/15 With the above observation, the proceedings are dropped and the Contempt Case is closed.
