JUDGMENT

The learned Government Pleader submits, with reference to the contents of the affidavit dated 13.07.2015 filed before this Court, that altogether 20 societies have been identified from 52 societies shortlisted by the Tender Evaluation Committee. It is stated that the petitioner society has not been included in the aforesaid 20 societies and that an order showing the reasons for rejecting the tender submitted by the petitioner will be served to the petitioner within a week. Since the writ petition is pending consideration, it is always open for the petitioner to pursue further steps in the writ petition. In the said circumstances, the contempt matter is closed, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader as aforesaid.

Cont. Case No. 912 of 2015 against W.P.(C) No. 1353 of 2015 : 2 :

The report ordered to be filed as per the interim order dated 12.03.2015 shall be filed in the pending proceedings without any delay.
