Annexure-A1 common order is the subject matter of SLP.No.28056/2015. It is reported that an interim order has been passed therein on 5.10.2015. It will be inequitable to proceed with the contempt proceedings when the matter is pending in the Supreme Court. The Contempt of Court case is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move afresh dependent on the verdict of the Supreme Court.
