Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
This Contempt Case has been filed on 24.07.2015 alleging non-compliance of order dated 30.06.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(C) No.17958 of 2015. The Contempt Case has been directed to be posted along with the bunch of Writ Petitions including W.P(C) No.17958 of 2015 giving rise to this Contempt Case. W.P(C) No.17958 of 2015 is being decided by separate order of the date. 2.
Contempt Case has been filed by the applicant on the ground that the 1st respondent has not filed any report whereas the learned Government Pleader was directed to get instructions from the State as to whether the situation pointed out by the petitioner has come to the notice of the 1st respondent.
Cont. Case (C) No.1073 of 2015 -: 2 :- 3.
In the Writ Petition counter affidavit has already been filed by the 2nd respondent on 23.07.2015. In the Writ Petitions which have been heard and decided by order of the date, the stand of all parties including the State has been placed and considered on merits. In view of the above we do not see any good ground to continue this contempt proceedings.
The Contempt Case (C) is dropped.
ASHOK BHUSHAN, CHIEF JUSTICE.
A.M. SHAFFIQUE, JUDGE.
