JUDGMENT

When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader handed over a copy of G.O.(Rt) No.5147/2015/G.Edn dated 4.11.2015 passed in compliance with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 17.10.2013 in W.P.(C). No.23462 of 2013. A copy of the same was handed over to the petitioner as well. A perusal of the same would reveal that after considering the revision petition filed by the petitioner herein, it was rejected and earlier orders referred to as 4th and 6th Read therein were modified to the said extent. In such circumstances, recording the fact that an order has been passed on 4.11.2015, this contempt case is closed. It is made clear that the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the said order in case he is aggrieved by the same, in accordance with law.
