JUDGMENT

In compliance with the direction of this Court issued on 21.08.2015 the respondent appeared in person. He has submitted that he has been new to the proceedings, and that the laches on his part may be condoned keeping in view his long career. This Court having been satisfied with the explanation offered by the respondent, especially given the fact that the orders of the Court have been complied with in the meanwhile, it is inclined to hold that nothing further remains in the contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
