This contempt case has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment dated 9th June, 2014. A Division Bench of this Court by the aforesaid judgment directed to revise the monetary benefits including terminal benefits due to the respondents in the writ appeal and the writ appeal filed by the State was disposed of. State filed an SLP against the said order which too was dismissed on 16/3/2015. Learned Government Pleader has submitted that now State has issued an order on 10/9/2015 in compliance of the Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 9th June, 2015. A copy of the order has been placed before the Court.
