JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner, who was appointed as Additional Government Pleader, Payyannur. Apparently, the claims of the petitioner for payment of legal fee have not been complied with. In Annexure A1 judgment, directions have been issued to disburse the entire amounts within a period of three months. Thereafter this Contempt case is filed stating that the directions were not fully complied with.
2. The respondents have filed a detailed affidavit, explaining various facts.
3. It is seen that the respondent has taken steps and have disbursed certain amounts. But the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire claims have not been settled so far. He prayed that this Court may grant permission to re-agitate the matter by disputing the correctness of the amounts finalized by the respondent.
Con.Case.No.329 of 2013 Therefore the contempt case is closed allowing liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies for release of further amounts, if any, due to the petitioner. Sd/- T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, JUDGE vs
