JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
This contempt application has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment date 10.01.2014 in W.A. No.66 of 2014. By the aforesaid judgment in paragraph 4 following was observed:
"The appellant will forward a certified copy of this judgment, the judgment of learned Single Judge in the writ petitions and copies of the writ appeals to the Ministry of Defence. The Writ Appeals are disposed of as above."
2. Annexure A2 dated 22.10.2014 is a communication addressed to Sri.A.K. Antony, the Hon'ble Minister of Defence, forwarding the copy of the judgment to the Minister and not to the Ministry. However, the letter does not communicate that the copy of the writ appeals have also been forwarded as directed by the Court.
We are satisfied that the judgment in its letter and spirit was not complied with by the applicant. Hence this
Contempt Case (Civil) No. 1403 of 2015 -:2:- contempt application alleging non-compliance of the directions cannot be entertained. The Contempt Application is rejected. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.
