JUDGMENT

It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 21.4.2015 in W.P.(C).No.12689 of 2015 that this contempt case has been filed. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader made available a copy of order G.O(Rt)No.5159/2015/G.Edn. dated 5.11.2015. The direction in the judgment was to consider Ext.P4 appeal filed by the writ petitioner before the first respondent and to pass appropriate orders thereon. A perusal of the order dated 5.11.2015 would reveal that it was passed in compliance with the directions in the aforesaid judgment. In such circumstances, recording the said fact, this contempt case is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 5.11.2015, it would be open to her to take up the matter appropriately, in appropriate proceedings. Sd/- C.T.
