J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the respondent panchayath submits that the order has been complied with by placing 'No Parking' board. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the same, vehicles are being parked.

The petitioner shall approach the 2nd respondent to implement the order in letter and spirit. It is the duty of the 2nd respondent to see that the order is complied with without fail.

The contempt case is closed reserving the right of the petitioner to approach this Court if the cause of action survives thereafter.
