JUDGMENT

Alleging non-compliance of the directions issued in Annexure A1 judgment, this contempt case is filed.

2. The petitioner is the Manager of a school. This Court by the impugned judgment, directed the Director of Public Instruction to take an appropriate decision on Ext.P1. It is the case of the petitioner that no effective action was taken even thereafter.

3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the directions of this Court have been complied with by the respondent by passing Annexure A1 order dated 05.06.2012 produced along with the affidavit of the respondent.

4. By a reading of the said order, it will show that the Director has not granted permission to close the school.

Con.Case.No.573 of 2012 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order has been challenged in W.P.C.No.13702/12. In that view of the matter also, further action under Contempt of Courts Act is not necessary in this case and accordingly this contempt case is closed.
