This appeal is of the year 2004. When this matter was taken up for consideration on 24.6.2015 there was no representation. Still, the matter was adjourned and it was posted to this day. Even today, when this matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the appellant. In the said circumstances, it is evident that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. In such circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
