J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the alleged non compliance of Annexure A1 judgment. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent appears and submits that the 3rd respondent, who was directed to consider the same had been on an official duty at Varanasi and had returned in the last week only. The matter was also heard last on 11.11.2015 and the very next day, the contempt petition has been filed.

2. The specific direction in the judgment is to consider the representation within two weeks from the date of hearing. The time frame hence has to run from the date of

Contempt of Court Case No.1692 of 2015 - S hearing ie., on 11.11.2015. The petitioner also was heard in the matter.

In such circumstance, the contempt of court case shall be closed.
