Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. This Contempt Case has been filed alleging noncompliance of the judgment dated 7.7.2010 in W.P(C). No.21047 of 2010. The learned Single Judge by the said judgment directed the second respondent to consider the representation with notice to the petitioner within three months.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the judgment of the learned Single Judge, order has already been passed on 31.1.2012, which has been brought on record as Annexure R1(b) and a decision in compliance of the judgment has already been taken.
Cont.Case (C).1491/10 We do not find any reason to proceed with the Contempt Application. The contempt proceedings is dropped and the Contempt Case is closed.
