J U D G M E N T

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondent herein has wilfully disobeyed the direction issued by this Court in Annexure-I judgment dated 8.3.2013 in W.P.(C) No.3498 of 2012. When this contempt case came up for hearing today, Sri.George Mathew, learned counsel appearing for the Kerala Water Authority submitted that orders have been issued on 22.11.2013 re-fixing the petitioner's pay pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in Annexure-I judgment dated 8.3.2013 in W.P.(C) No.3498 of 2012. A copy of the said order was made available to me for perusal. The learned counsel also submitted that monetary benefits consequent on such re-fixation will be disbursed to the petitioner at the earliest and in any event within two months from today. The aforesaid submission is recorded and the contempt case is closed.

P.N.RAVINDRAN, (JUDGE) vps
