JUDGMENT
The issue that was highlighted in the writ petition is regarding the grant of Family Pension. It was pointed out before this Court on the last time that the entire amounts have not been paid from the due date namely on the date of filing of the application.
2. After hearing the parties, this Court passed an interim order dated 07.07.2015. As per the interim order, this Court directed that the corrected order in tune with the date of the application will be issued within two weeks.
3. Today the learned Standing Counsel submitted that a corrected order No.1843/2015 (LAS.III/85/2015-16) has been issued on 27.07.2015. Going by the same, directions have been issued by the authorities to sanction the family pension to the petitioner as per Rule 123(IV) of the KSR Part III. It is submitted by
Con.Case.No.356 of 2014 -2the learned Standing Counsel for the Board that the amounts namely to the tune of Rs.3,06,330/- have been disbursed today.
The same is recorded and the contempt case is accordingly closed.
