JUDGMENT

This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondent herein, who is the Director of Kerala State Literacy Mission Authority has willfully disobeyed Annexure-A1 judgment delivered by this Court on 23.6.2014 in W.P.(C)No.6041 of 2014.

2. When the Contempt Case came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the direction issued by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has been transferred to Kozhikode and the third respondent in W.P.(C)No.6041 of 2014 has been transferred to Palakkad subject to the outcome of W.A.No.1307 of 2014 filed by the respondents in the writ petition. In such circumstances, as Annexure-A1 judgment has been complied with subject to the outcome of a writ appeal filed against the said judgment, I find no grounds to proceed further with the Contempt Case. It is accordingly closed reserving liberty with the petitioner to move afresh if occasion arises after the disposal of W.A.No.1307 of 2014. Sd/- P.N.RAVINDRAN JUDGE vpv
