JUDGMENT

In view of the fact that as against judgment dated 12.2.2015 in S.C.No.706 of 2010, the appellant has already filed Crl.Appeal No.384 of 2015 and the matter came up for admission on 8.4.2015 and it was admitted on the same day, the appellant will not be having any locus standi to file another appeal challenging the same judgment. In the result, this appeal filed on 21.8.2015 subsequent to the filing of Crl.Appeal No.384 of 2015 stands dismissed without prejudice to the right of the appellant to pursue with Crl.Appeal No.384 of 2015.
