J U D G M E N T

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that, the direction given by this Court as per Annexure-1 judgment has been complied with and appropriate orders have been passed on 02.11.2014, rejecting the claim put forth by the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, no further steps are necessary in this Contempt matter. Accordingly, it is closed, without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to challenge the order, if the same stands detrimental to the rights and interest of the petitioner.
