JUDGMENT

It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 29.8.2014 in W.P.(C).No.15035 of 2014 that this contempt case has been filed. A statement has been filed by the respondent. Along with the same, order dated 05.01.2015 passed by the respondent has been produced. A perusal of the said order would reveal that the same was passed in compliance with the directions in the aforesaid judgment. In such circumstances, taking note of the fact that the respondent has complied with the directions of this Court and passed orders, this contempt case is closed.
