JUDGMENT

It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 6.12.2013 in W.P.(C).No.3235 of 2011 that this contempt case has been filed. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader made available a copy of order dated G.O (Rt).No.5310/2014/G.Edn. dated 28.11.2014. A perusal of the same would reveal that respondent has passed orders in compliance with the directions in the aforesaid judgment. In such circumstances, recording the factum of issuance of order dated 28.11.2014, this contempt case is closed. Respondent shall serve a copy of order dated 28.11.2014 on the petitioner, forthwith.
