JUDGMENT

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience with the direction of this Court in the judgment dated 29.08.2014 in W.P.(C) No.21050/2014. When this matter is taken up for consideration the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submitted that the circumstances that constrained the petitioner to move this contempt case do not exist, as of now and in the said circumstances, the petitioner does not wish to pursue with the matter any further. Recording the absence of grievance relating wilful disobedience, as of now, this contempt case is closed.
