JUDGMENT

Respondent herein has been facing prosecution for contempt of court on the allegation that he failed to comply with the direction of this Court dated 07.11.2013 in Crl.M.C.No.4798/2013. The direction of this Court is to complete investigation in the crime against the petitioner herein, and submit final report within three months. Now, the respondent has filed a statement that the whole proceeding initiated against the petitioner herein stands closed, and the crime stands referred.
