JUDGMENT
The captioned contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in the judgment dated 24.3.2014 in W.P.(C) No.7715/2014. As per the said judgment this Court directed the first respondent to consider Ext.P1, with notice to the second respondent, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. When this matter is taken up for consideration the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that in compliance with the directions in the judgment after issuing notice to the second respondent as also to the writ petitioner and after affording them an opportunity of being heard, orders have been passed on Ext.P1. This is recorded. In the circumstances, this contempt case is closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner or the second respondent is aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent on Ext.P1 it will be open to the concerned party to take up the challenge in appropriate proceedings.
