O R D E R

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with C.C.No.1053/2014 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Perambra. 2.

It has come out that a non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner. The present request of the petitioner is to direct the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Perambra to release the petitioner on bail in C.C.1053/14. This is not a matter that can be entertained under Section 482 of Cr.P.. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. In such a case, the learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders, preferably on the same day itself.

With the above observation, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed. Sd/- B.KEMAL PASHA, JUDGE ul/- [True copy] P.S. to Judge
