According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with C.C. No.1384 of 2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Chalakkudy. It is a case, wherein, non bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner from the said court. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. In such case, the court below shall dispose of such application, if any moved for bail, preferably on the same day itself.
