O R D E R

The petitioners herein are the accused Nos. 2 and 3 in Crime No.1515/2014 of the Kayamkulam police Station registered under Section 3 r/w Section 17 of the Kerala Money Lenders Act and also under Section 3 and 4 of the Kerala Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act. The accused were granted bail on certain conditions. They were released by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kayamkulam on the bond of two sureties. To convince the court that they are solvent the sureties produced their title deeds. They now want the title deeds for some other purposes. The request was declined by the learned Magistrate as per the order dated 13.8.2014 in Crl.M.P No.5301/2014. It will suffice that certified copy of the document is produced in substitution. When such copy is produced the original can be returned. With these observations this Crl.M.C is closed.
