O R D E R

The petitioner's grievance is that an application made in the court below for copy, is not promptly dealt with. Admittedly, there is no judicial proceeding pending in the court below now. It is not known how this Court is called upon to interfere under Section 482 Cr.P.C. In the nature of allegations what is possible is interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner will have to pursue proper remedy under the law. Without prejudice to the right to pursue the proper relief in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction, this Crl.M.C. is closed. Sd/- P. UBAID, JUDGE sd
