O R D E R

The petitioner herein is one of the accused in Crime No.1484/2013 of the Vadanappally Police Station. She was granted bail by the Court of Session on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that she shall report before the investigating officer between 10 a.m. and 12 noon on all Sundays until further orders. The said condition was later modified by the Court of Session as per the order dated 24.06.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.2208/2014. Now, the petitioner seeks orders lifting the said condition on the ground that the investigation is over. The condition for bail was imposed by the Court of Session on 07.01.2014. Now, we are in February, 2015. The investigating officer must have completed the whole investigation. In such a situation, the said condition need not continue. It will have to be lifted.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed. The condition imposed

Crl.M.C.. No. 783/2015 and further modified by the court below, directing the petitioner to report before the investigating officer, will stand lifted. Sd/- P. UBAID, JUDGE sd
