O R D E R

The petitioner who is the sole accused in Crime No.1241/2014 of the Konni Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) read with Section 34 IPC has come up under Section 482 Cr.P.C, for getting the proceedings against him in the said crime pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Pathanamthitta and FIR in the said crime, quashed.

2. When the matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has point out that this Crl.M.C can be disposed of by giving a direction to the court below to consider the application seeking bail, that may be filed by the petitioner before the court on the date of filing itself .

The Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Pathanamthitta is directed to dispose of the application seeking bail that may be filed by the petitioner on his surrender before the court below, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice is served to the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.
