The prayer is to issue a direction to the lower court to return the passport to the petitioner.

In modification of the order by the court below, the court below is directed to return the passport to the petitioner for a period of three months on his executing a bond of Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court below and on his undertaking that he would return the passport on the completion of the period of three months.
