O R D E R

Petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner was granted bail by Annexure-A Order subject to the condition that he shall surrender his passport in the trial court. Accordingly, he has surrendered his passport. His family is in Singapore. His prayer is to allow him to visit his family for which purpose he wants his passport. I think the request is reasonable. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed. The petitioner's passport shall be released to him. After his visit he shall return to India within three months; within five days of his return he shall surrender his passport. Before the passport is released he shall file an undertaking in the form of an affidavit that he will return to India within three months and surrender his passport as mentioned above.
